Session Three

Ship's new registry and salvage title is probationally approved, and the ship receives and official connection and address on C-CAN. Video message from Traffic control advises them to immediately acknowledge all messages from COTC and CRTC. Immediately after acknowledging that message, another one comes in from name here at Heart of Cethalara, looking to hire the ship to transport relief supplies out to Centerra Station and refugees back.

Group reviews what they know/have learned about Valeri, then calls Blackbird Holdings to see if they can talk to Sven Ramirez. He's not there, so they leave a message for him. They then do some digging on her social media, and find some posts from a place called Strange Fruits Cafe in Neotitania down the well. They decide to go visit there.

At Strange Fruits, they talk with several baristas who have never seen Valeri, but tell her that the next shift coming on might. They wait an hour, sipping coffee and other snacks, until the next shift arrives. The first girl to arrive does remember Valeri, and tells them she was a semi regular who used to spend time writing at the cafe. She got to read some of Vaeri's novel, and thinks it was pretty good. She wasn't able to be any more helpfu, but was sorry to hear that Valeri was missing.

On the way back to the ship, the group does some grocery shopping for the ship.

The next morning, the crew wakes up to several video messages.

• Agent Novacek of the CIB wants to drop by the ship that afternoon to discuss Valeri.
• Officer Serrano of [[setting:Neotitaniawants the crew to come by
